Welcome to the APHIS National Honey Bee Disease Pre-Sample Survey
This survey is exclusively for participants in the APHIS National Honey Bee Disease Survey whom have been recently sampled. For additional information about the survey, please see UShoneyBeehealthSurvey.info.
The samples that were collected in your apiary are part of a comprehensive program serving to document honey bee diseases, pests and pathogens in honey bee colonies throughout the US. Additionally, this survey monitors for invasive threats to honey bees, including Tropilaelaps clareae, Apis cerana, and Slow Bee Paralysis Virus.
The objective of this questionnaire is to relate management practices to colony health outcomes measured in your apiary.
